Problem Definition A customer reported that the IMA service was taking 10 minutes to start on the server. Users cannot logon to applications any more. Changes to the farm were applied with a delay. Environment The customer had a Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 Farm with Hotfix Rollup Pack 5. The farm contains over 100 servers. The operating system used was Windows Server 2003, 32-bit.
