Passport Police Verification Procedure
Every passport applicant applied for the first time will have to get the police verification done. Once you apply for passport, it will be sent Passport Verification Cell of state Police Department. One of the police officer will come to your residence and verifies your presence. Applicant needs to be at the address specified in the application form.
