Minimum Date that Bill is generated : 7/8th of every month (was lower than this value for only one month that is on 5th Jan 2009)
Maximum Date that Bill is generated : 15th of every month (was lower than this value for only one month that is on 18th Oct 2011)
Minimum Date for Due Date : 20/21 of every month (was lower than this value for only one month that is on 18th Jan 2009)
Maximum Date for Due Date : 28th of every month (was lower than this value for only one month that is on 29th June 2011)
Average days for Payment Duration: 13/14 days after Bill generated (that is two weeks sine the bill issued)
For Industrial: (since 2007 to 2013)
Minimum Date that Bill is generated : 5th of every month
Maximum Date that Bill is generated : 16th of every month (was lower than this value for only one month that is on 18th Oct 2011)
Minimum Date for Due Date : 18th of every month (was lower than this value for only one month that is on 1st Nov 2011)
Maximum Date for Due Date : 28/29th of every month
Average days for Payment Duration: 13/14 days after Bill generated (that is two weeks sine the bill issued)
So, your reminders should be:
Verify the bill for the month: 7th (recurring till next two weeks, if bill is not yet generated by 7th)
Pay the bill for the month: 18th (if its not the due date, know the due date from your bill)
