Lately, many of the web sites started embedding the images in IE frame where by they restrict the offline copying/saving of the image file from their web sites. An example of embedded files that I am referring to is below. This embedded image will expand within the frame but none of the browsers will let you directly copying such an embedded image files.
To copy image files of this type, you need to track down to the location of the respective browser cache where the actual file will be available.
In above example, I have the image loaded in IE. So, I can go to the IE cache folder location:
C:Users<username>AppDataLocalMicrosoftWindowsTemporary Internet Files
As you see below, you’ll find all the IE browser cache files in that folder. You can simply sort the files by “Internet Address” attribute and then locate the respective files in there.
