I guess you would be getting a Temporary Religious Worker (R-1)/visitor (B) visa, which Visa you are applying for? Depending on the type of visa the consulate frames the difficulty of questions.

Fundamentally they would only question you about the compulsory purpose for your visit, why is it only you to handle that, what exactly is your plan along with the return schedule to affirm its a short visit.

Whenever a Visa is rejected, the counselor would tell you in oral why this rejection is made. You should mention the reason that was told to you while rejecting in the past.

my company is thinking send me attend a meeting with our behulf office in USA for 7 days. so what type of letter i need from my company.
I think you need to carry the letter of invitation to the meeting by your company. It would be better if that letter details about what is your role/purpose to attend the meeting along with a defined schedule.
