Scenario: You are launching an application via web access that requires SSL certificate to be installed on the system. In case of locked down environments like Citrix servers, the automatic install of server mayn’t be allowed which would cause the application to fail with below error:

SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust "/C=US/ST=/L=/O=The Go Daddy Group, Inc./OU=Go Daddy Class 2 Certification Authority/CN=", the issuer of the server’s security certificate.

Cause: The server from where the Citrix session is trying to launch the application doesn’t have a certificate the third party trusted publisher “Go Daddy Class 2 Certification Authority”
Fix: Export and Import the “Go Daddy Class 2 Certification Authority” certificate from “Local ComputerTrusted Root Certificates AuthorityCertificates” to the same location on the destination where it’s missing.
