When you just launch the explorer shell it launches with Libraries as active path as shown below:
You can have the explorer open with a specified path/folder as shown below:
%SystemRoot%explorer.exe explorer.exe /root,C:TempTest
You can also have explorer open with a default path along with a selection made on one of the sub-item file/folder as shown below
%SystemRoot%explorer.exe explorer.exe C:TempTestTemp1,/select
