SEP version prior to MR4 MP2 running on Windows Servers can cause Network Issues

The SEP (Symantec Endpoint Protection) version prior to 11.0.4202 (MR4-MP2) running on Windows Servers can cause Network Issues listed below.  Microsoft has documented all of the possible issue, symptoms and their causes.  The fix proposed is to upgrade your SEP version to the latest possible RU5 or above.
