Citrix XenApp Application Isolation Environment

AIE (Application Isolation Environment) and Application Streaming share some of the same files because Application Streaming was built on underlying AIE technology. Because of this, applying a hotfix or a hotfix rollup pack can cause stability issues with Application Streaming. Likewise, upgrading to a newer version of the Citrix offline plug-in can cause AIE stability issues. AIE support has been discontinued in XenApp 5.0 for Windows 2008. Citrix Streaming Profiler Installation Screencast

Launch the MSI installer “Citrix Streaming Profiler” from the Citrix XenApp Installation source CD. Location of the files are shown below: Installer starts as below Accept the License Change default install location to any other location if you need. Change default Start Menu Program files location to any other location if you need. Installer updates your system and once successful install you’ll see the install finish prompt as shown below Install needs a machine reboot. Choose yes to reboot or No to cancel the reboot.
