Outlook Setup as a Personal Planner

Here are the steps to set up Outlook to mimic a hard copy planner.   Usually the SUBJECT and DUE DATE are available as default options. PRIORITY: Right click on Subject, Click on Field Chooser, Click on New, Under Name – Type the name of the priority eg. Average Quarterly Balance (AQB) is the average balance to be maintained in the account over a period of a quarter. It is the sum of the end of day balance in the account for each day in the quarter, divided by the number of days in the quarter.
