e-Wallet Card: : Cash Back Offer on Launch of e-Wallet Card
Offer Detail
- Offer: Rs.50 cash back on e-Wallet Transactions
- Offer Period: June 20, 2011 – September 30, 2011
- Offer details: An Axis Bank customer creating and using e-Wallet online will get Rs. 50 cash back for his or her transaction above Rs.500. The other details of the offer are as follows:
- Only first 50 transactions conducted every day above Rs. 500 will be eligible for the cash back offer.
- The cash back amount will be credited back to the customer?s account used for creating the e-Wallet. The cash back will be processed with-in 7 working days.
- A customer can avail the cash back offer only once in every calendar week.
- Cash back offer will be a flat amount of Rs.50 for any transaction above Rs.500.
- In case of cancellation of the transaction, the offer cash back will be reversed from the customer’s account.
Terms & Condition
- Only first 50 transactions conducted every day above Rs. 500 will be eligible for the cash back offer.
- The cash back amount will be credited back to the customer’s account used for creating the e-Wallet with-in 7 working days.
- A customer can avail the cash back offer only once in every calendar week. This implies a customer can avail of cash back offer only for one transaction in a calendar week. However, a customer will be eligible for one cash back every calendar week.
- Cash back offer will be a flat amount of Rs. 50 for any transaction above Rs. 500.
- In case of cancellation of the transaction by the customer or merchant, the offer cash back credited to the customer will be reversed by the Bank.
- This offer is going to be valid on all transactions done from June 20, 2011 to September 30, 2011.
- This offer is only valid for transactions conducted using e-Wallet. Also, the eligibility will be on usage of e-Wallet above Rs. 500 and not only on creation of card.
- Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the customer using e-Wallet. The terms and conditions of the usage of e-Wallet applies for all transactions conducted using a e-Wallet.
- The Bank reserves the absolute rights to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel this cash back offer at any time without giving any notice and without assigning any reason thereof.

Axis Bank reserves the right to change or withdraw the cash back offer anytime at the sole discretion of the Management. The terms and conditions of this offer are subject to change without any prior notice. Disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction. In case of dispute, Axis Bank will have the sole discretion on the matter. In all matters relating to the subject e-Wallet cash back offer for Axis Bank customers, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respects. Any person taking advantage of this offer through the valid and active Axis Bank account in good standing shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and the disclaimer.
The aforementioned Terms & Conditions and Legal Disclaimer will be sent to Law Department for vetting.
