Description:
You receive above shown error page when you access the application published via Citrix from Citrix web access.
Cause:
This usually happens if the .ica file is not properly associated and/or Citrix XenApp Plug-in is not properly configured
Fix:
- Re-install your XenApp Plug-in
- If you already have the XenApp plug-in installed, then save your application .ica file and launch it as local administrator. Note the .ica file should show up with the Citrix icon when you save locally, then it’ll reconfigures itself if any of the plug-in configuration is missing.
