- As per the RBI guidelines, the transaction credit will be effected based solely on the beneficiary account number information as provided by remitter and the beneficiary name particulars will not be used thereof.

- NEFT transactions will be charged as per the following criteria:
- On Saving accounts – The following charges would be debited (i) a charge of Rs. 2.50/- (+Taxes) per transaction for transactions upto Rs.10000/- (ii) a charge of Rs.5 /- (+Taxes) per transaction for transactions greater than Rs.10000/-.
- On Current accounts – NEFT charges as per charge schedule would be levied on an upfront basis.
- On CC/OD accounts – Upfront charges based on the transaction amount would be levied (as prescribed by RBI).
- Account will be debited only when the transfer is successful
- NEFT Transaction once initiated cannot be cancelled or stopped
- In case NEFT transaction is not processed, a message will appear under Status Enquiry
- Time required to credit the account depends on the Payee?s bank
- NEFT Transactions initiated after 1800 hrs on Weekdays, after 1200 hrs on Saturdays, and on Holidays; will be processed on the next working day
