Lost my Mobile Phone today

It’s an Samsung Galaxy with Dual sim.  Has 16 GB SD Card with plenty of my books saved.

Firstly needed to block both of my SIM cards:

Logged into Reliance online account, initiated a Live chat and reported them to block. 

Both Sim providers terms and conditions are:

1. Reported mobile would be blocked in next couple of hours
2. A blocking will only block the Outgoing while Income will still be working
3. They don’t have any of the tracking and/or data erasing support/options
4. I will get a duplicate SIM with same mobile number
5. I need to submit a address proof and ID proof along with a photograph
6. I need to collect it from their customer care/support centres anywhere
7. Need to pay amount for the duplicate sim around 25
8. My balance and offers would be transferred to the duplicate sim
9. The duplicate SIM would be activated in 4 hours
