Download the “Install OS X Mountain Lion.app” from Apple Store Open the Terminal and execute below command: “hdiutil makehybrid -iso –hfs /Applications/Install OS X Mountain Lion.app/Contents/SharedSupport/InstallESD.dmg -o MountainLion.iso” Then open the Finder and locate the newly create ISO Mount a Networked location as smb share and get connected to the share Now, copy over your newly create ISO to the share central location that you can access anytime or have safely backed up

How to find file path/location of an executable running on MAC OS X

Similar to “Task Manager” in Windows, you’ll find “Activity Monitor” in MAC OS X.
