How to relocate Outlook .OST (Offline Folder File) file

  1. Exit the Outlook if it’s already running in offline mode
  2. Goto Control Panel and search for mail and click on Mail (32-bit)image
  3. Click on Data Files > Select the entry pointing to your mail box > then click Settings image
  4. Uncheck “Use cached Exchange Mode”
  5. Restart Outlook
