Example: you are recharging your DoCoMo mobile online from DoCoMo website. You have entered all the recharge details as well as your credit card details and pressed Submit button. At this point the payment gateway provider on the DoCoMo website will first charge the recharge amount on your credit card account and then tries to update the DoCoMo website to release the respective worth recharge value to your mobile account. The most common case that can happen is that payment gateway successfully registers the transaction on your credit card but it may fail/timeout releasing the respective recharge amount on the vendor website.

You need to immediately notify about the failed transaction to your bank customer card along with your credit card details as well as transaction details like vendor name, transaction amount, time, failed message and/or its screenshot.
- Report to the bank customer care about the failed transaction via email
- Send them the filled-in dispute form
- They will send your complaint along with the dispute form to the merchant
- Merchant once accepted will release back the funds to your credit card account
