- Login to the Prometric Site
- Go to “Reschedule/Cancel an Exam”
- You’ll be taken to the available exams list for cancellation
- Click on the Button “I want to cancel my appointment”
- Note: there will be a cancellation fee of $15 USD (i.e., around Rs. 750 INR)
- Cancellation request should be made one working day in prior to the 6: PM Australian Easter Time (UTC+10) i.e., 1:30 PM IST on a given day
- Otherwise though your exam cancelled you’ll not be refunded for the exam fee

I made a schedule 4:30 pm Abu Dhabi time, after a 30 mins something just came up force me to cancel my schedule exam. This is the worst thing they charge me $35 then the payment i made wasn’t been gave back to me…
Please help and give me advise how to take my payment back..
now i am worried! I cancelled my exam just like 3 hours ago. My scheduled date is on Feb 21. The chief nurse declined my study leave that’s why I was forced to cancel. My God it is $200! Been waiting for the reply from Prometrics… 🙁
