- You have used a Back/Forward/Refresh Button on your browser.
- Your cookies may be disabled
- Your session has been expired
- You may be using same browser for different transactions
- Your transaction has been timed out due to inactive

This issue is observed in Chrome almost all the time. A work-around is to go to Settings –> Advanced settings –> Content settings, in cookies section, search for “citi” and delete all the existing cookies. But definitely, this looks to be a compatibility issue.
