I don’t think employment office has any of such an ability to notify the en-rollers. I rests in your responsibility to keep checking with them or at least by calling them.

However, the objective/benefit of registering in Employment Office is that you’ll get direct call letters for all of the government jobs in your locality. The people with higher seniority of registration would be given preference.
