Sometimes when you recharge over internet for BSNL topup balance, your online BSNL page says the transaction is successful. However, the message on your SMS says there was an error crediting balance to your account and please contact the customer support in this regard.
This issue particularly happens when you are doing it on non-working days (for BSNL and/or Banks).
The only option you have is to post a complaint on the portal via Feedback form (their submit a complaint page doesn’t work).
