A.When a prepaid customer nearing to exhaust the available validity , recharge coupon should be used to extend it validity.Recharge coupon can be used during the active period( period during which both outgoing and incoming available) /during first grace period (period during which only incoming is available)/during second grace period (period during which both outgoing and incoming are barred) . If used during active period and first grace period the available talk value is carried forwarded.
