CTX128009 – Explorer.exe Fails to Launch – Citrix Knowledge Center
Symptoms The following symptoms have been observed when publishing the seamless explorer.exe application on XenApp 6 for Windows 2008 R2. The session initially begins to connect as normal; after the loading box disappears, the explorer application fails to appear. If the session is viewed in the delivery services console while the application is loading, it first shows as connecting, then disconnected until finally the session disappears.
