The benefits under the Program can be used for all the transaction on eBay Website where the User hold a valid user account on eBay Website and has made payment through Axis Bank Debit, Credit card or Net Banking using eBay PaisaPay Payment option. In case of any transaction related dispute or discretion, eBay India decision shall be binding on all the Users.
The customer agrees that that participation in the Program is good and sufficient consideration to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Customers agrees that they/ their transaction on eBay Website shall be bound by eBay Website User Agreements, Privacy Policy and rules and policies of eBay Website and Customer.
Axis Bank holds no warranty and is not representative of the delivery, service, suitability, merchantability or quality of the product / service, contents of the products/services under the offer. All the transaction on eBay Website shall be bound by eBay Website User Agreements, Privacy Policy and rules and policies of eBay Website.
Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal to honor the offer made on the eBay Website for any reason whatsoever.
Axis Bank and/ or eBay India reserve right to withdraw and / or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without giving any notice.
The offer / discount will be given only if the payment is made through a valid Axis Bank Credit / Debit Card / Internet Banking and the Customer has followed the process of availing such discount.
Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
The discount is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be encashed.
