AXISBANK Cash Back Offer: DEBIT CARD CHALAO, PAISE BACHAO Campaign Terms and Conditions

· The offer is valid from October 8, 2011 to December 30, 2011 (both days inclusive).

· A One-time Registration is mandatory in order to become eligible for the offer.

· Registrations for the campaign needs to be made only once and can be done through Axis Bank ATMs, Internet Banking or over phone.

· The offer would be run on a weekly basis, with a week being defined as starting on a Saturday and ending on the subsequent Friday. The duration of the Campaign Period will be divided into 12 different time intervals called "Weeks":

· The first 10,000 Axis Bank Debit Cardholders who have registered for the offer and spend a minimum of INR 5,000 (with minimum 3 transactions) in any given week (as defined above) would qualify for a 5% cash back (subject to a cap of Rs.250) on spends made in that week.

· Only purchase transactions (including online purchases) on Debit Cards would be considered for the offer. Internet Banking transactions, Cash withdrawals at ATMs or Point of Sale would not be considered.

· Only spends made using the Debit card linked to the primary account would be considered for the cash back offer.

· The maximum cash back amount that a Cardholder can get in any given week would be capped at INR 250.

· Cash back amount will be credited to the customer by February 15, 2012.

General Terms and Conditions:

· The offer is valid for all Axis Bank Debit Cardholders with active Axis Bank Savings or Current Accounts, and shall be valid during the offer period, unless otherwise notified.

· Cardholder’s eligibility for the offer will be decided by the Bank based on registration, transaction and payment history.

· Axis Bank reserves the right to modify/ alter all or any of the terms applicable to the offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Axis Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

· In case of any dispute or discretion, Axis Bank’s decision shall be binding on all Cardholders

· The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis and at the discretion of a valid cardholder.

· All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

· The terms and conditions governing the offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Debit Card.

· Axis Bank reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

· All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the cardholder and Axis Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.

· The offer is not available wherever prohibited and products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.

· In all matters relating to the offer for Axis Bank Cardholders, the decision of Axis Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.

· Any person taking advantage of this offer through valid and active Axis Bank Debit Card in good standing shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
