NO as of now. More details follows…
From MSFT User Profile Hive Cleanup Service Download Page:
You can now uninstall UPHClean v1.6d from Windows Vista.
UPHClean v1.6d does not function under Windows XP x64 Edition or Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition. A future version of UPHClean may be supported under those operating systems.
From MSFT UPHClean Blog:
The current beta build (2.0.49.0) is the latest bits does not function on
- Windows Vista,
- Windows Server 2008,
- Windows 7 nor
- Windows Server 2008 R2.
As I have mentioned in other posts there’s definintely some possibility of machine running beta bits of UPHClean v2.0 to crash or hang. The best course of action in those cases is to discontinue usage of UPHClean.

For sure, you cannot install one as it’s already incorporated into the OS itself..
I keep seeing this kind of comment about it being part of the OS, but where is it explained/documented on where/how to configure it? Trying to Google this name keeps coming back to ancient comments about UPHClean.
MS seems to have removed it from their site. All pages pointing to it are broken. I found v1.6g on Major Geeks. Maybe MS should learn about redirects. DUH.
