Fixing The requested operation cannot be completed because the Terminal connection is currently busy processing a connect operation

While you attempt to logon to Citrix sessions, you may receive below error message:

The requested operation cannot be completed because the Terminal connection is currently busy processing a connect, disconnect, reset, or delete operation.

Symptoms:

1. User unable to login via Citrix and/or terminal services RDP
2. There may not be any visible processes running for the reported user

Fix:

1. Close any of the Winlogon and/or all processes for the username who is unable to login or facing this error
2. If there are no visible processes for the reported user neither in GUI procexp.exe nor command line terminal services commands qwinta/query, you may need to restart the computer
3. Ensure RDP/TS licenses are available
4. Try clearing the local user profile and login again
