Citrix agent reports below error whenever its Application Server Configuration File (APPSRV.INI) setting LogFileWin32 contains an inaccessible location.

For some unknown reason, this setting sometimes holds an inaccessible location which causes above error. The APPSRV.INI file resides in a user specific “%APPDATA%ICAClient” folder where %APPDATA% resolves to only user accessible location on workstations. You need to ensure that this path is always set to a user accessible location.
