Setting up and using GoToMeeting (GTM)

…for newbies.

Setup:

1. Get the software source from the vendor site. Present location is here
2. On the page, click on “Launch Software”
3. The application  gets installed and then you’ll be taken download complete page, indicating that install is successful

Usage:

1. Once application is installed fine, you’ll see GoToMeeting icon in Systray, an entry in ARP Wizard (appwiz.cpl), a toolbar in Outlook
2. You need to authenticate to the Apps using your GoToMeeting access credentials
3. You can right click on systray icon and say “Schedule a Meeting…”
4. Or you can also do the same from Outlook toolbar “Schedule Meeting”
