The best is to use the ZoneTick. Though it’s licensed there is also a lite version available for Free to the users. It’s simply provides you to view the multiple clocks but lags many of the great features that comes in licensed version.
The another cool tool I found is to use FoxClocks which is a Firefox browser add-on. It has good options to set time format and select various world clocks and arrange them by sort order of the names and time values.
