HotFix: Scheduled Tasks Deployed by Group Policy Preferences do not run on Windows Server 2008

When you configure the schedule tasks for a server running Windows Server 2008 via Group Policy Preferences (GPP), the schedule tasks never run or delayed by an hour. You don’t see any errors in the logs either. Microsoft has confirmed this as an issue on Windows Server 2008 due to incorrect date handling by Group Policy preferences engine.
